Mechanical Design and Evaluation

Due to the diverse and multidisciplinary nature of our projects, we found it necessary to have mechanical engineers at Orient Research. We have been entrusted with this responsibility by many clients who have been very satisfied with our other services. Today, our mechanical engineers not only service our in-house projects, but also retain the ability to support external building consultancies for full mechanical engineering services. Our engineers have been involved in numerous mechanical designs for residential, commercial, retail, defense and industrial projects. Our largest single design contract is for a 175,000m2 residential and commercial development. Throughout the design process, our Mechanical Engineers are aware of global warming issues and are trained in the LEED and Breeam standards of sustainable design. They continue to focus on minimizing energy and natural resource waste through efficient design and incorporating more sustainable and alternative renewable energy technologies. In addition, all aspects of comfort in service, ease of maintenance and reliability of systems are standard in all designs.
